We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your golf cart rental reservation. To ensure fairness to all our customers and the smooth operation of our business, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1) Cancellation within 14 days of reservation: If you cancel your golf cart rental reservation within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a 50 percent refund.
2) Cancellation more than 14 days before reservation: If you cancel your golf cart rental reservation more than 14 days before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund of any rental fees paid.
3) No-shows: If you fail to show up for your golf cart rental reservation and do not provide notice of cancellation, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to the cost of the rental.
4) Inclement weather: In the event of inclement weather such as a hurricane or any weather that requires a state of emergency that makes it unsafe to operate the golf cart, we will allow you to reschedule your reservation at no additional charge. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel due to inclement weather, please refer to lines 1 and 2 to determine the amount of refund you will receive.
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website and/or email.
